I'll be seeing you
In all the old familiar places
In all the old familiar places
That this heart of mine embraces
All day through.
The park across the way;
The children's carousel;
The chestnut trees;
The wishin' well.
In that small cafe;
The park across the way;
The children's carousel;
The chestnut trees;
The wishin' well.
I'll be seeing you
In every lovely summer's day;
In every thing that's light and gay.
I'll always think of you that way.
I'll find you
In the morning sun
And when the night is new.
I'll be looking at the moon,
But I'll be seeing you.

Sweet Georgie July 1999 - April 10, 2011
Even the strong young lions sometimes go hungry, but those who trust in the Lord will lack no good thing.
(Psalm 34:10)
The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
(Psalm 34:18)
Please, Lord, let there be animals in heaven.

That brought tears to my eyes. I'm so sorry. I know how hard it is to lose a little furry loved one. They become family. I think they'll be in heaven if we want them to be. Hugs to you!
ReplyDeleteOh, sweet Tee, I'm so very sorry. I know that pain. We have lost two dogs, one just last may, and it was very sudden and totally unexpected. My Windi is 14 1/2 and I'm not sure how much longer we will have her. We have prayed that there WILL be animals in heaven!
ReplyDeletePraying for you!

So sorry to hear about your sweet kitty. He was definitely a curious one and loved getting his photo taken. I love the photo of him in the tree and the ones on the reindeer! I hope there are animals in heaven, too.

ReplyDeleteOur pets have always been our "other children" so I can only imagine how difficult this.
Although I have no Biblical proof, I believe that God loves us and that our pets will be in heaven with us.
I believe it with all my heart.
MANY blessings to you/and again, I am SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS,
Lana

I am so sorry for the loss of Georgie. The photos of him made me smile.... especially the one taken through the glass with Big T holding him and the one where he is laid out among the shrubs. Georgie was a very special and beautiful guy and was so lucky to have been loved and cared by you and your family.

P.S. Of COURSE there animals in heaven, silly girl. :)

ReplyDeleteDon't know how I came to this precious tribute to George...but so glad I did. I have lost three family pets that were very near and dear to our hearts, and I feel there HAS TO BE animals in heaven...there just has to be.
